EMT-B / Firefighter Part-Time Opportunity
Job Description – Willards Volunteer Fire Company Inc. (WVFC) is seeking qualified applicants for part-time EMT-B / Firefighter positions. Job duties include, but are not limited to, being responsible for providing emergency medical care and transport throughout the district and surrounding communities, assisting with fire suppression as needed, and performing daily EMS/Fire apparatus/equipment checks. Station duties include, but are not limited to, administrative, janitorial, and building maintenance tasks.
Position Requirements
- 1 year EMT-B experience
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Possess or obtain EVO within 180 days of hire
- BLS provider, CPR and AED certified
- MD FFI, Vehicle Rescue, and Pump Operator Preferred
Position Information
- Shifts will be 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday
- Ideal Candidates will fill one of the local A-D shifts
